

Born prematurely in 1989, Zach spent his first months fighting for survival in the NICU. At age 8, he was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome (now Autism Spectrum Disorder), facing challenges head-on with determination and resilience.
Neurodiverse: Zach is a passionate advocate for the autism community, sharing his experiences on international stages. His powerful message has impacted audiences across the U.S., Australia, Iceland, Slovakia, the UK, and Scotland, inspiring understanding and change.
Entrepreneur: Zach’s love for technology and marketing led him to launch 88 MPHR LLC, a consulting business with an Etsy shop and a podcast featuring changemakers. The name is inspired by Back to the Future and Zach’s own journey of overcoming challenges.
Global Citizen: A Kansas State University graduate, Zach continues to expand his knowledge through his work and extensive travels. He lived in Australia, where he worked for a nonprofit organization that helped adults with disabilities secure meaningful employment. Zach has visited all 50 U.S. states, 19 countries, and 4 continents, with the goal of exploring all seven continents by age 37.
Outside of his business ventures, Zach enjoys cooking and is an avid home brewer, drawing inspiration from his family’s culinary background. He is also a devoted cat dad to Trombone and Tuba. His tattoos reflect his diverse interests, including a DeLorean that symbolizes his resilience and love for Back to the Future.
